Philip Rabinovich is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RMR Wealth Management, LLC. Phil brings over 25 years of financial services experience to managing diversified investment portfolios for high net worth and institutional clients. Prior to launching RMR, Phil held several senior level positions where he was responsible for all aspects of investment management, portfolio advisory, brokerage and trading execution services. Phil co-founded, built and sold Mercer Partners, Inc., an online based investment banking and brokerage boutique, where he evaluated and sourced proprietary capital opportunities on behalf of the firm and its clients. Phil began his career at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., as a financial analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, and later as a portfolio manager in the Private Client Services division of the firm.
Phil graduated with honors from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations and studied at Oxford University. Phil lives in Roslyn, NY with his wife and three children.
In his free time, Phil enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, and coaching his kids' sports teams. Phil dedicates his time and resources to various philanthropic organizations in his community.
Brian T. Mayer is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RMR Wealth Management, LLC. Brian has been managing assets for High-Net-Worth individuals, small business owners and institutional clients since 1995. Brian’s practice focuses on delivering unique and thorough financial solutions to match the goals and objectives of his clients.
After receiving his Bachelors of Science in Finance from The University of Rhode Island in 1995, Brian began his retail brokerage career working for Oppenheimer & Co. In 1998, Brian co-founded Mercer Partners, Inc. a cutting-edge technology investment banking firm. Mercer Partners created IPOSyndicate.com in 1999, offering high net worth individuals and institutions access to syndicate products via the internet. IPOSyndicate.com was rated by Forbes.com, Best of the Web: Access to IPO’s online in 2000. In 2009 Brian was one of the founding partners of RMR with a vision to offer customized investment solutions and direct, personal service to each of his clients.
Charitable Giving has always been at the forefront of priorities for RMR Wealth Management. Since 2004, Brian has worked closely with the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation in a variety of fundraising efforts, principally as Chairman of the Marc Mayer Memorial Annual Golf Tournament raising money for cancer research. Additionally, Brian has worked with Elixir Fund whose goal is to reduce the stress associated with treatment and provide support to cancer patients and caregivers. Brian lives in Princeton, NJ with his wife and two children. Brian is active in the community by coaching youth sports and has served on numerous youth sports boards.
Lore is a Managing Director of Insurance and Annuity Sales for RMR Wealth Management. She has been managing assets for High Net Worth clients and business owners since 1987. Lore’s practice focuses on delivering unique solutions to match the retirement income, wealth preservation, and estate planning goals of her clients. Lore is an accomplished female adviser catering to the financial needs of successful women executives. She promotes realistic expectations and conservative return models, utilizing insurance and institutional investment management services.
Prior to joining RMR, Lore was the Department Head of Annuity Sales and Training at Mass Mutual. She was one of the founders of a retail bank branch based investment and annuity program at National Westminster Bank. Lore began her career on Wall Street at Merrill Lynch, later joining Shearson Lehman Hutton and Chemical Bank.
Lore is a lifetime New Yorker who splits time between NYC and the New Jersey Shore. Lore is affiliated with charitable organizations that support New York City’s underserved such as Community Mayors and Manhattan Building Managers, as well as the Jersey Shore Law Coalition Group.
In her free time, Lore enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with family.

Frank is a Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC) who has worked in the financial services industry for 40 years. He utilizes insurance planning to create financial security for his clients and focuses his practice on tax-free retirement income strategies. Frank consults small business owners on succession planning and business valuation. Frank actively networks with attorneys and accountants in the Capital District of New York and Eastern New England.
Frank’s interests include golf, skiing, mountain biking, and playing piano and guitar. He is also active in numerous civic and charitable organizations in the greater Albany area.
